Admission / Registration Requirements

Immunization certificate
Students are required to be immunized against measles, mumps, polio, rubella, whooping cough, tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, haemophilus influenza, and varicella. Immunization information for Georgia residents must be on the Form 3231; these are available through the local physicians.

Students who transfer from other states should bring the certificate issued on their states, and have thirty (30) days to bring the Form 3231 from the local physical of family's choice.

Age Requirement
We follow Georgia law requirements about age (the child should be of the required age by September 1st, for example 2 yr. old by September 1st to enter in our 2 yr. old Preschool program).
The only exceptions are:

  1. Students who turn the appropriate age between September 1st - December 31st, who have resided outside the state of Georgia for the past two years.
  2. Students who have attended our program since MMO class, who turn the appropriate age between September 1st - December 31st and are ready to be transferred from one age-group to the other. Such transfer will be recommended by the Leader teacher and is done only if the parents accept it, and only if there is space on the classroom.

Social Security Number
Social security numbers are voluntary for all students. Waivers are available at the school. Please e-mail the office (info@trlanguages.com) or stop by for a waiver.

The school organizes one Fundraising Campaign per year, where the families are welcome to support the school (such as extra-curricular activities, the building fund, or other programs requested by the parents/parent committee) by donating at the level they desire and can afford. The teachers will time after time have a wish-list for the classroom of your child; the parents are encouraged to help with the wish-list if they can. Families should not expect any other fees during the academic year. We will still need and welcome help from parent volunteers to organize the school events, as well as various classroom activities and much more.
